Hunt Productions is happy to announce the release of its debut video, “30 Days in Zimbabwe.” This two-disc set features over two hours of footage that chronicles 30 days of hunting both dangerous and plains game.

In Disc One, we join Professional Hunter George Hallamore of HHK Safaris as he introduces client Peter Hunt to African safari hunting at the LEMCO Conservancy in southern Zimbabwe. George is one of the best “cat men” in Africa, and this video details the whole process of baiting and hunting leopard, including baiting, site selection and preparation, and in the end, how to out-smart a wily old cat. This is much more than a series of kills scenes; you’ll learn about the whole process from start to finish. In addition to leopard, you’ll also see hunts for waterbuck, eland, impala, zebra, bushbuck, klipspringer, and wildebeest.

Disc Two finds George and Peter reunited in the Matetsi Safari area on the northwestern border of Zimbabwe and Botswana. This time the stakes are higher as they pursue bull elephant, buffalo and sable. You get to be part of the action as they stalk herds of elephant and buffalo in the tall grass and scrub mopane of Matetsi, including some very tense moments as they follow up on a wounded buffalo and close in to less than fifteen yards of a bull elephant. In addition to buffalo and elephant, you’ll get to experience the frustration of stalking the same sable for two weeks and the taking of a magnificent kudu.

Whether you’re an experienced African hunter or have never even thought of going on a safari, we feel that you’ll enjoy this video. None of the dialog was scripted and none of the scenes recreated after the shot. To put it simply, you’ll get to see two hunters who really enjoy what they do having the opportunity to hunt some of the greatest game field in Africa. If you’re tired of hunting videos where every stalk is perfect and every shot is shown as one-shot kill, then this is for you.
